As an elementary music educator and education consultant, Carolin specializes in supporting teachers who are delivering music without a formal music background. Her approach isn't about making everyone a musician — it's about helping educators feel capable, calm, and genuinely connected to what they're teaching. Through practical strategies, evidence-informed coaching, and a deep respect for the realities of classroom life, she helps teachers move from anxiety to confidence at their own pace.
Her background in psychology shapes everything she does. Carolin believes that sustainable teaching starts from the inside out — that when educators feel supported and resilient, their students feel it too. Whether she's working one-on-one with a classroom teacher or leading a full professional development day, her goal is always the same: to strengthen the person in front of her so they can show up fully for the people in front of them.
